Improved handling of lists in chats #1428

having a number if problems with formatting of lists in chats.

When i create a list it is making the line above into part of the list too
Pressing shift-enter should probably create a new bullet point since pressing enter normally sends a chat
To get out of the list and send the chat you press enter twice which leaves an extra empty bullet point
