Thanks for the referral to the battery nofitication settings. Unfortunately, i already had those options set by default and am still running into the same issue. I did some more testing. First i set the laptop charge limit in the UEFI to 75% from the previous 80% and then ran batterynotify.sh with the verbose option for around 1 hour. Even though the charge stays at a constant 75%, the notification still occasionally pops up (although not as much as before) and it's reflected by the term $ batterynotify.sh -v |

I have a framework laptop 13 and limited the battery charge to 80% in the UEFI to not kill the battery when plugged in for a long period of time. The problem is that this notification pops up every 30-60 seconds or so when the charge is stopped by the system firmware.
Is there a way to disable this particular notification when the charge is stopped/continued but the cable is still plugged in? Or otherwise how would i disable this notification?
