Acala testnet node is not fetching any blocks #80

Overview

After running acala testnet try to get the latest block, the block height is alway '0'

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

run acala testnet node using kurtosis package
Once the node is running successfully try to get the latest block height
Observe the height is always '0'

Expected Behavior

Endpoint should return latest block height
