Unable to serve site after updates

Dear all, after a regular check of the release note, I updated the go.mod file and the config.yaml file. However, the site won't serve after the updates.

After I clicked the "Serve Site" button in RStudio, I got error messages saying

For Blogdown issues, refer to the Blogdown community at https://github.com/rstudio/blogdown/issues

For those people who run into similar problems and are in China. Simply placing a line of code (see below) in the config.yaml file. The problem will be gone. See more details here.
