Heading padding

I have a custom .scss file, but I can't see where heading styles are set. On my list pages, content summary is shown with the document title above. But the title has no padding above it and padding between the title and the summary.
As a result, the titles appear under the previous content without a space.

How can I adjust the padding so there is a gap above the title, but not below?
