How to update the content of the website

Hi!

I have been trying to update my website's content for days (I am still learning how to properly edit the content, so please bear with me). I follow the deployment steps as shown here (https://wowchemy.com/docs/deployment/). I have tried several times, and the page still not updated. I can see also that the content in the public folder seems to be unchanged for days despite I have edited the page. My repository is here: https://github.com/rsiregar/academic-kickstart. Could anyone please help? I really appreciate any help.
