The way that the overlay always pops up if the cursor moves over the address bar and stays open gets in the way of using the browser often.
Is it possible to change the behavior so that it only pops up if you hover over the area for one second, and have it close if the cursor moves outside the overlay? That or clicking outside the overlay should close it.

When you click the gear icon, in the 'Options' button, there is a different behavior that you can choose from. Just uncheck the first check-box for: 'Show Web Button Panel On Mouse-Enter Event', then you would need to click on the thin bar to make the menu appear.
I wanted to make that the default, but most first-time users wouldn't figure out how to use it on their own, without extra help. I'll consider your suggestion for a future version though. Thanks
