The more you play around with editing the screenshot of webpage you’ll see numbers, letters, animals, aztec totem poles. They are hard to see but if you know how to edit better than me it may mean something for the clues. I circled just a few examples

Thnx for findings. I personally doubt that Tiamat have hidden information in this specific puzzle in the way you show and i think its just coincidence but i will try to be more attentive to the background.
