darktable needs minimum macos 3.5, app fail on 12.7.5, pls add a depend_on...

Description of issue

darktable 4.8.0 forces minimum macos 13.5 as described here:
https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable?tab=readme-ov-file#supported-platforms

On 12.7.5 the brew install darktable is ok due to not checking old macos version.
darktable appllication itself states incompatibility.
