Stop Job for full queue

stop job option for the queue, much to the same as stop job for bot

I'm going to add the ability to change the status for an entire queue based on different options. For example, Offline to Idle or Error to Offline for example. Every bot that was Offline in that queue would now be Idle, and ever bot that was in Error would now be Offline. There's also going to be a "wildcard" which would be like the default in a switch/case statement. In other words, it would be whatever status the bot was in as long as it wasn't matched by something else previously.
