Create component "Filter badges"

Display each filtered option is represented by a badge below the search bar. The tags can be deleted by clicking on them, indicated by a cross icon. The labels on the badges contain the section title / administration title / shortened volume title and for the date and time the prefix "To: " and "From: " followed by the date and if given, the time plus am/pm separated by a comma.

Also low priority, especially since it will take at least a day (and possibly significantly more) to implement
