App shortcut not removed after deleting the app #766

Issue Description
when an app is created and deleted, a shortcut will still remain on the desktop.

Steps to Reproduce

Create an app on the app center.
Click on back.
delete the app.
check the desktop.
Expected & Actual Behavior
Expected: No app shortcut
Actual: A non-openable app shortcut on the desktop.
