Proposed Feature Description:
Use "/msg ID" without messgae args,and the sender will join the private channel of whisper,and when player use "/msg ID" again, player will leave the channel and join global

Proposed Feature Functionality:
Whisper channel for player to convenient send whisper message

It's useful and convenient
