Describe the bug

I consider this as a bug since it is an unexpected behavior that I needed to troubleshoot. Basically copy of #3814
Heroic should only disable suspend when something is downloading or game is played. Really annoying since I put my pc is suspend more than 5 times a day.

Add logs

.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Heroic
  2. Try to suspend (tested in gnome 47)
  3. Computer stays on

Expected behavior

  1. Open heroic
  2. Try to suspend when game is not played and nothing is downloading
  3. Suspend works
