How to use scraping or art packs?

I set up a Genesis system and pointed to my games and Kega Fusion, it properly launches them. Fine so far.

I see TheGamesDB has been offline for a while but I also tried scraping from The Archive but it didn't work, it just times out like it does with TheGamesDB. Can I do something about this?

Second question: In another frontend (RetroFE) I used some packs I downloaded from EmuMovies (gameplay, cartridge and front cover screenshots) and they were working fine there. Can I use these with ES? So that I see them while scrolling through my games? Right now with the default genesis theme I just get a simple list of my roms.
