When controlling the player it wants to turn widely making precise movement challenging. I've updated the code on my version to speed up the rotation of the player which seems to allow for more precise control. Also the transitions to the animations are a bit wonky at times. I've also fixed that in my version the best I can. I'm not the greatest at animation but I tried my best. Also I'd like to have koopa's, bosses, and a fire flower powerup mechanic. These are all things I know I can add to it. I may make a fork of this on my own. I also would like some modular ground pieces for nicer looking levels rather than just the primitive looking shapes I can make with the included modeling tool.
