Issue to keep track of things that are forcing us to continue building the haxelib server with Haxe 3:

A lot of these projects are no longer maintained so we may need to create forks.

Reopening because the server still runs on Haxe 3... The legacy server would require some changes to compile with Haxe 4, or we can keep just that on Haxe 3.
