E621 relaunched with new ui and a new url scheme. The url generator needs to be rewritten.

fixed the url myself after fumbling around with the code, also wouldnt work, then i went into internet explorer to see if that was the issue and e621 refuses to show posts. This is the only browser i have with this issue, even microsoft edge works just fine. Wondering if others have this issue and if the bat can run its search through edge instead.
