Strange "stealth disconnect" creates complications when tracking experiment.

Possibilities

Cometd is not doing a callback for all removed sessions (should report)
Callback is not making it through TurkServer to the experiment. For now, added worker reconnect and disconnect functions before experiment check. Possible that map/unmap is broken somehow - worker map being removed?
