Add horizontal divider option between cells or in a text cell

Often I like to have horizontal dividers within a note to distinguish between different sections and thoughts.

For example, one meeting may discuss multiple topics but I want to keep all notes from that meeting together. With dividers I can visually break up one meeting into sections.

Please add an option to add a horizontal divider between cells, or within a text cell.
