How to enable Encryption using srt-live-transmit

Hi all,

I'm new to the srt protocol and I'm trying to setup a POC udp to srt stream. I'm able to stream end to end but i'm having issues encrypting the stream. Here's the command and syntax I've been using.
./srt-live-transmit udp://: srt://:?mode=listener&passphrase=1234567890&pbkeylen=16

When I steam on my client device, I don't have to enter the passphrase to stream. Any help would be appreciated.
