Create Styles via the Horde

Currently all our styles are based on a json file on github. It might be worth considering integrating into the AI Horde.

• Someone could create one or more style for themselves on the AI Horde
• The style could be private or public. When public it might allow sharing the definition of it or not.
• Styles would be editable by the user
• Styles would accept prompts, models, resolution, loras and TIs
• Styles would record how many images were generated through them
• People should be able to vote a public style up/down.
• Provide a showcase of the highest rated/used styles.
• When running style events, run them via the horde directly instead of only via discord. This would allow every client to integrate with the contest.
• When running event, allow anyone to to donate kudos to the winner, loser or participation trophy.
• Allow styles to be assigned to specific events which would count for that running event.
