找遍整个仓库，唯一关于基础规则以外的规则集的用法的说明只有：

除懒人规则外，实用规则均以片段形式存在。您可以根据工具官方（或非官方）提供的配置参考手册，严格按照语法要求对规则正确地修改

而Shadowrocket的配置参考手册状态是“未提供”。运行捷径之后会提示要添加哪些自定义规则，应该以怎样的格式填入实现自动拼合？
