_gencontinuous scripts should be removed from project and README.

Hi! This should be a light lift. I'm not presently a contributor for this project otherwise I would have simply submitted a PR.

The _gencontinuous scripts use the -watch option that was deprecated over a year ago. These script haven't worked since and should probably be removed from this project.

Additionally, the README should be updated to remove mention of _gencontinuous.
