Make sure SNOMED result codes are part of LabResultFindings #179

The LabResultFindings value set does not include the LIVD SNOMED result codes for COVID test reporting here - https://www.cdc.gov/csels/dls/documents/livd_test_code_mapping/LIVD-SARS-CoV-2-2021-09-22.xlsx. This seems like an oversight, since reporting to HHS requires these codes to be used for COVID reporting.
