https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/channel/179252-IG-creation/topic/QA.20Realm.20check.20for.20US.20how.3F

I have a IG that in not in hl7.fhir.us, but it is in the US realm and based on us-core and I would like to enable the US realm check somehow.
Maybe on the fact that the jurisdiction is set to US and it dependes on some us-core package.

me too. I have VA based IGs that use us-core as a base. I am depending on us-core, is that not sufficient? I presume there is additional checks?

Will define a new IG parameter called "checkcore" of type code with a value set equal to the realm you want to be checked against. For now, the only one that will work is 'us'. Setting it will cause the same checks to be imposed on the IG as on IGs in the hl7.org/fhir/us space.
