Each IG I'm reviewing seems to have "current" : "true" for these ballot items. If the status is "ballot" it should be false.
Conversely I often receive IG content for STU publication ("status: " "trial-use") where current should be true but is omitted. Can the ig-publisher QA report check for this?

Will update the code to remove it if it shouldn't be there (i.e. on ballot releases).
