render profiled value limits

Given a profile includes minValue[x] and maxValue[x] (e.g. maxValueQuanity)
When IG publisher is used
Then the rendering of the profile should include in the human readable an indication of these limits

Today there is no indication of profiled min/max values

Note, this is true even of minValueInteger, which the validator does catch.

Specifically desirable is Quantity, though clearly hard.
