I would like to try using ClairS-TO with my data but there isn't the right models available. Are any of these likely to become available any time soon?

dna_r10.4.1_e8.2_400bps_hac (5khz)
dna_r9.4.1_e8_hac (4khz)

Or would one of the existing models be suitable?

Hi @eesiribloom,

Thanks for your interest on ClairS-TO. As for your dna_r10.4.1_e8.2_400bps_hac (5khz) data input, you can try to specifiy the platform option with ont_r10_guppy_hac_5khz. And for your dna_r9.4.1_e8_hac (4khz) data input, we suggest not using ClairS-TO to call ONT R9.4.1 data. We are not going to support ONT R9.4.1 platform on ClairS-TO as ONT doesn't offer R9.4.1 flow cells anymore.
