Description

Create a database that is easy to maintain and update of potential participants for ongoing user research to contact about future user research opportunities.

Ideally, this database would also have some (appropriate) characteristics of the people stored so that when we're looking to talk to individuals representing certain characteristics, we can narrow our search to those people.
