The launch/post launch activities involve completing all necessary testing activities to ensure the website experience and performance is meeting expectations, as well as completing any fast-follow activities that have arisen as a result of the launch. This includes but is not limited to any critical bug fixes, testing analytics, etc. that need to be implemented to ensure a positive user experience.

Business Goals

To ensure a successful launch of the website by completing all testing activities and fast-follow activities to ensure the site experience and performance is as expected.
