Summary

Produce one statistic about the data quality of one or more fields in grants.gov that is served with live data over a public API endpoint. This can be any statistic. Preferably it should be something useful that is interesting to members of the HHS team and members of the public, such as the percent of null values in a given field, reported by Agency/OpDiv.
