Working directory

Looks like[1] build_makeflow_from_config.py by default puts all work done into the data directory. Is there a way to specify a different directory to work in? I don't see an obvious option in the config files (or the config file docs).

[1] I'm basing this conclusion on the fact that the wrapper script has a "cd " in it and the only place the data directory comes in is as input to build_makeflow_from_config

@jsdillon tells me that the Approved Solution is to symlink data files into the desired directory and run on those.
