Cleanup handling of eq_coefficients and possibly histograms in antenna_status table #585

eq_coefficients should move to another table because they update very slowly and take a lot of space
histograms could possibly become arrays, but we'll need to work out sqlite interface in that case
possibly add spectra -- also as arrays if possible
