How does one monitor the success or failure of correlator_control.py restart #371

I know logging was added at some point, but questions:

  1. How are logs handled (must there be some glue daemon running to connect logs to M&C
  2. Where do logs end up in M&C?

I'd look at the correlator_control_command table to see that the M&C code thinks it issued the command and the correlator_control_state table to see what the correlator reported it's state to be. There's also the subsystem_error table that the correlator should send error messages to.
