3.4: Independent Test of Crosstalk and Cable Reflection Removal

These tests should test crosstalk and cable reflection removal in an isolated setting. Note that these tests need not actually be performed; the link to the already completed tests should be provided.

Why this test is required

We should test crosstalk and cable reflection removal independently of other systematics.
