We haven't proved that our power spectrum code is unbiased, in the following sense---I should be able to spectrally weight my data in any way that I like (even if the chosen weighting scheme is completely silly).

What's the motivation for making this 0.1.1 rather than say 0.6 (which I think is what the README reflects)? I guess you are imagining a Flat P(k), but I think it makes sense to make this a new MAJOR step, since it is really testing something very different than 0.1.0.

Am I misunderstanding, @acliu?
