This issue is a reminder to look into explaining the bump in the imaginary power histograms in Figure 2 of the Step 0.1.1 notebook. Recall that this bump occurs on the opposite side of zero power as the rest of the distribution (i.e. if the distribution is over positive powers, then the bump is at a single bin with negative power).
