SPIRE columns in herschelhelp wrong #4

The SPIRE columns have an aperture flux column which don't exist for any source. Additionally the description of f_spire_xxx is incorrect and does not mention XID+.

This needs to be fixed for the next ingestion or done with a metadata ingestion only.
