Add prior class

I need a better way of being able to add the required prior information in. It might make sense to try and make Stan code more modular so that the required bits of code get pulled together as specified in python. There needs to be a balance of making it more user friendly but not black box like. People need to be careful with Stan models so maybe this is not a good idea.
