Events API

Provide an API that provides a JSON response with events, past future and present. From 097213b.

This way, more infor an be provided (e.g. stuff taken from the Eventbrite API), as well as an event management backend made at a later date.

One thing this also might be good for, once DB paired, is rich information.
For example, the API would let us setup a background sever that auto-fetches (either by API or scraping) e.g. amounts raised by fundraisers, which could then be added to the site
