How to find root issue relate "It appears you are missing some classes resulting in an incomplete class hierarchy"

I saw error config proguard, but I doubt any solution to find root issue/cause error.

I want to find "How to debug config or change config with logs and find the cause issue."

I want a special package and only package config handle proguard, but check the docs no clue to config can help me, so I think my source exists 2 modules and some code will extend the other module hierarchy.
