Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like GremlinQ to support dynamic properties.
In understant that as an OGM it needs to be strongly typed, but since Graph DBs are schemaless, it would be great to have a possibility to have dynamic properties.

Describe the solution you'd like
For example, if we have a property of type Dictionary<string, string> we could there add different properties that are created on runtime, for example by the end user.

I have no idea how this could be improved, I would be happy to help if you guide me.

I also commented issue #82 with this same topic.
