Expected Behavior

Fluid tooltips on EMI's item list and recipe preview should display the temperature of the liquid, so you can prepare your setup accordingly

Actual Behavior

Temperature is only displayed when the fluid is in a GTCEu machine

Steps to Reproduce

Just lookup any fluid on EMI with the default configuration

Can confirm, 1.6.3 GTceu version doesn't show tooltip of the fluid in the EMI, but fluid in the buckets it shows the tooltip in EMI.

Probably regression from #2609

Not a regression - EMI's latest update changed some API things, which unfortunately broke how we render those tooltips. We are now aware of this and will work on figuring it out.
If it inconveniences you greatly, downgrading EMI by one minor version will fix it for now.
