Checked for existing issues

I have checked for existing issues, and have found none.

Tested latest version

I have checked that this occurs on the latest version.

Expected Behavior

Air scrubber not checking for pollution too frequently.

Actual Behavior

Air scrubber checks probably too frequently for pollution, or in other words, it doesn't scrub performantly.

Steps to Reproduce

Turn on Pollution, place scrubber, give energy.
