I have checked for existing issues, and have found none.

Tested latest version

I have checked that this occurs on the latest version.

Expected Behavior

Expected to consume much more fuel per recipe (e.g. 256mb/5s of HOG for ECE) (tested with naphtha and HOG)

Actual Behavior

1mb of fuel is consumed per recipe

Steps to Reproduce

Build an LCE/ECE, supply it with lubricant and fuel, and check fuel usage per recipe. Works the same regardless of boost status.
