exclude groups from getGroupSE

Thank you for the new updates! We are looking forward to the continued progress.

With the updated documentation and strong recommendation for subsetting with subsetArchRProject versus proj[cellsSample, ], how would you suggest using getGroupSE to exclude some cells?

A. subsetArchRProject to eliminate desired cells (and group)
B. Add NA to cellColData for cells you want to exclude before getGroupSE
C. Filter out groups from the summarizedExperiment

A. seems like overkill for this purpose
B. seems like the split function used in .getGroupMatrix will eliminate those cells with an NA in cellColData
C. Not sure about this
