addGroupCoverages based on each single cell

Can addGroupCoverages be added based on each cell when creating pseudobulk data, because in our project, each cell is considered to be an independent individual that needs to be analyzed. I don't know if this is correct, because the peakset must be added through addGroupCoverages before subsequent calculations can be performed such as adding peakMatrix and calculating Motif deviations. Additionally, I wonder if the ChromVAR software that identifies TF-motif binding strengths cell by cell will have some bias in the grouping based on addGroupCoverages?
