Datanode: Data is not available after migration with In-Place migration #20437

Data is not available after migration with In-Place migration

Expected Behavior

After migration user can see OpenSearch indices in the Datanode

Current Behavior

There are no indices from Opensearch available in the Datanode

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Generate couple of indices for the Index Set
  2. Go to System -> Data Nodes
  3. Open Migration tab
  4. Go to CA creation/upload
  5. Select In-Place migration
  6. Click "Run Directory Compatibility Check" button on the 1. Welcome to In-Place migration step
  7. Click "Provision Datanodes with certificates button"
  8. Click "Next" button
  9. Click "Next" button
  10. Stop the OpenSearch and click "Next" button
  11. Remove elasticsearch_hosts line from your graylog.conf and restart Graylog
