Graph view algorithm in need for better display

List some but not limited to:

• size: a reasonable size that fits the view and,
• default appears in the center, and displayed all by default,
• together with a reasonable font-size for the labels. (bad cases see below)

• not showing all.

scaling to show all:

• font size too small, it is not easy to recognize the text;
• circle can be larger, given the spacing. (programming calculated)
  (I know all are configurable, and settable by users in the right panel. BUT, we should give a good enough view initially.)
